Upon a signed letter of intent, we manage the process and the various parties at the table to complete the due diligence process and close the transaction as close to the letter of intent as possible.

Brian Van Allen was a senior debt lender with a fortune 500 bank. Working out of both their Toronto office and US headquarters, Brian worked on transactions involving approximately 30 customers and $500 million in committed facilities. He has written term sheets and worked on a variety of debt structures including cash flow loans, asset backed loans (ABL), terms loans/lines of credit/equipment facilities, subordinated debt, mezzanine financing, a uni-tranche deals. M&A:
In addition to helping clients navigate the sale of their companies, Brian has worked on and led many M&A transactions as an integral member of the buying team.
